Request an Appointment

To schedule an evaluation or therapy session, call us directly or email with your preferred times, type of visit (in-person or telehealth), and a brief note about your needs. We’ll follow up to confirm your appointment and answer any preliminary questions. New patients will receive an intake packet to complete before the first visit.

If you are unsure what service you need, our front office staff can walk you through the options and help determine whether psychiatry, therapy, or both may be appropriate.

We understand that reaching out for mental health support can be difficult. Our team is committed to making it easier.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us by 5:00 PM the business day before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee. We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible in those cases.

What to Expect as a Patient

Your care begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, available either in-person at our Arlington office or through our secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth system. During this first session, we gather your medical and mental health history, discuss symptoms and goals, and develop an initial care plan. This may include therapy, medication, or both, depending on your diagnosis and preferences.

Follow-up visits are structured to review your progress, assess for side effects or changes in symptoms, and adjust treatment as needed. Lab testing may be coordinated to support medication management or clarify diagnostic concerns. All treatment decisions are made collaboratively.

Telehealth Appointments Available

If you're located anywhere in Texas, you can access care through our secure telepsychiatry platform. Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a private video link by email. These sessions offer the same quality care as in-office visits and are ideal for clients with transportation concerns, mobility issues, or scheduling conflicts.

We recommend logging in from a quiet, private space with a strong internet connection. Our support team will assist if you encounter any issues during setup.

Emergencies and After-Hours Support

We are not an emergency facility and cannot respond to urgent safety concerns outside business hours. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.

You may also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or text HOME to 741741 for immediate support.

For non-urgent needs, leave us a message or send an email, and we’ll respond during the next business day.
